                                      GreenThinking®PF81- Nano Reinforcing Filler         
Description:
GreenThinking®PF81S is removing hydroxyl surface activation treatment of nanometer reinforcing filler, which is from the high whiteness of natural mineral raw material. The strict internal quality control process makes the product have uniform chemical purity and stability of the particle size distribution. Most of the particle size distribution is in the nanoscale. Through the surface activation treatment, it has high reinforcement and whiteness, good dispersion, insulation and resilience etc. It widely used in the rubber and plastic industries.

Applications:
    PF81S can offer good reinforcing effect, slightly stronger than N660 so that it is wildly used in mechanical rubber goods which are required to improve wear and oil resistance and thermal aging performance.
    PF81S can offer excellent insulation and low compression set so that it is wild used in electronic parts.
    PF81S has high whiteness so that it is wildly used in light color products.
    PF81S is the broad-spectrum functional filler, widely used in synthetic rubber, natural rubber, PVC, CPE and other plastics and cellulose resin products, as a functional reinforcement.

Test Conclusion:
1. From the comprehensive performance, both the initial (strength, elongation) and aging performance are superior.
2. PF81S has good elasticity, and the compression set is relatively the best.
3. Compound of PF81S has good fluidity. It can also improve the production efficiency, and the surface of the products is smooth.


Common Usage Instruction: PF81A can Substitute various filling materials (silica, kaolin, light calcium, etc.) in the rubber. The product dosage is 30~150phr, and generally 8-10phr hardness can be increased by one Shore A hardness.
