Product Description

Description: This series is a premixed compound of silicone rubber with good mechanical properties, vulcanizing
under heat after addition of a vulcanizing agent that could be chosen according to processing requirement.

Special properties:
    Easy to process, not sticky to rolls, easy to demold.
    Good mechanical properties.
    Easy to process and demold, not sticky to rolls.
    Good stability up to 200ºC.
    Bright colors easily obtained with color bases.
    Wild range of reloading or blending.

Main applications:
      SR7XXU is for excursion process. SR7XXUM is for compression molding process. Molding
articles made of this series have good comprehensive properties.

Curing Condition:
SR 7XXU: Cure for 8 mins at 115ºC after addition of 1.25% of 2,4-dichloro-benzoyl
peroxide (at 50%), and post cure for 4 hours at 200°C.
