Product Description

Description: GreenThinking®PF41 is refined from selected nature composite mineral materials with much lower
heavy mental content than national standard by strict internal quality control. PF41 has uniform chemical purity
and stable particle size distribution after activation treatment. Most of the particle size distribution is in the
nanoscale. This product has excellent properties such as high whiteness, good crystal shape, good dispersion,
low specific gravity and less impurity, etc. It is specially used for medical rubber stopper, which can effectively
increase the volume and strengthen the rubber stopper and meet the national safety standards for medical
devices.

Applications:
      PF41 is wildly used in medical stopper to offer good air tightness and reinforcement.
     The medical stopper made of PF41 has good resistance to puncture exfoliation and no acute systemic toxicity caused.
     PF41 can also reduce the stickiness of rubber stopper after sterilization.

Common usage instruction: PF41 can substitute various filling materials (silica, kaolin, light calcium, etc.) in the IIR
rubber. The product dosage is 80phr, and generally 8-10phr hardness can be increased by one shore A hardness.
