Description: This series is a premixed compound of silicone rubber with good physical properties, good
process-ability, vulcanizing under heat after addition of a vulcanizing agent that could be chosen according to
processing requirement.

Special properties:
     Excellent mechanical properties.
     Excellent appearance.
     Easy to process and demold, not sticky to rolls.
     Good stability up to 200ºC.
     Slight replastification after prolonged storage.
     Wild range of reloading or blending.

Curing Condition:
After addition of 1.1% of 2,5-dimethyl-2-5-di(tert-butylperoxy) hexan (at 45%) and

Q: Where is the loading port and How do you ship the goods?
A: Our factory is nearby Shanghai Port, but loading port can be negotiated. We could ship by sea, by air or by express(EMS, UPS, DHL, TNT, FEDEX and etc). Please confirm with us before placing orders.

A: All the products must be tested refers to key specifications during the production and final inspection before shipment.
